Provided on the clients’ behalf with the clients’ consent.
From another service provider who refers the client to Lucere.

Personal information collected by Lucere NZ Limited may be used or disclosed;
For the purpose advised to the client at the time of collection of the information.
As required for delivery of the treatment to the client.
As required to refer the client to a specialist or other service provider.
Lucere NZ Limited may use or disclose personal information for quality assurance, training, billing, liaising with government offices such as ACC.

Lucere NZ Limited is committed to ensuring your information is accurate and has processes in place to ensure that the accuracy of this information is maintained.

Lucere NZ Limited requires its employees and/or contractors to observe obligations of confidentiality in the course of their employment with all staff/contractors signing Confidentiality Agreements.

On request, you may have access to your treatment records held by Lucere NZ Limited, except in circumstances where access may be denied under the ‘Privacy Act’ or other laws.

Appointment Bookings, Cancellations and Refunds
At Lucere we understand that life gets busy, however we want to make sure we efficiently run our business, pay our staff and say yes to customers who want to book with us. Therefore, if you can’t make your appointment please read the following policy carefully.
Consultations are $50 payable at the time of booking. Consultations can be rescheduled or refunded with a MINIMUM NOTICE of 48 hours.
Consultation appointment slots are standalone appointments in which the client and the clinician discuss treatment but none is carried out.
Consultations cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a 100% charge.
All treatment appointments require a deposit, payable at the time of booking. Deposit amounts vary, with most being $200.
All treatment appointments can be rescheduled or refunded with a MINIMUM NOTICE of 48 hours.
When appointments are missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice the paid deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.
We are happy to discuss extenuating circumstances and work with you, but this policy will apply in the first instance.
Transferring your appointment time to another individual:
In this instance treatments are only transferable to other individuals who have already had, or agree to purchase a consultation at Lucere prior to the scheduled appointment.
Refusal of Treatment
At Lucere we reserve the right to refuse treatment for any reason and the clinicians’ decision is final in this regard.
We will consider providing treatments to teenagers in consultation with themselves and their parent, but we have the right to refuse treatment for any reason and the clinicians’ decision is final in this regard.
Complaints
At Lucere we take pride in the quality of our services and as such will try to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible.
Complaints about any aspect of Lucere should be made in writing by emailing caroline@lucere.co.nz. Complaints received will be acknowledged by return email within one week of receipt.
Children
Lucere has not been designed with children in mind, so we would prefer that you do not bring children to your appointment. However, if it cannot be avoided, please bring another responsible adult along with you to look after any children aged 12 or under.
Children are not allowed in clinic rooms at all, this is to ensure safety of your child, you and the clinician. Children cannot be left alone in any other areas of the clinic. You are responsible at all times for the safety and wellbeing of any child you bring to the premises. Thank you for understanding.
Product Refunds
Refunds will only be provided where required under the New Zealand Consumer Law.
We have a no refund policy on the purchase of our products in the event you change your mind. A refund may only be given if a client has had a reaction to the product and photographic evidence is provided.The definition of a reaction is decided upon the clinician’s discretion.
Lucere Payment Plans by Aglow
The data collection and the management of payments and administration related to Lucere payment plans are managed by Aglow, an Australian company specialising in membership payment plans for beauty professionals in Australia and New Zealand. Learn more here: https://www.getaglow.co/nz/about-us.
Any cancellation of a Lucere Payment Plan within the minimum term, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance.
All treatment plans must be completed within the specified payment plan time frame.
Changes to our practice policy
Lucere may change this practice policy from time to time in response to changes to services, industry requirements, business practice requirements, technology or the law. All changes will be posted to this website.
