Light in multiple wavelengths, 400-1500nm, penetrate the skin. Light transforms into heat. Heat targets pigmented lesions and hair (browns/melanin) and vascular lesions (reds/haemoglobin). Targets are damaged and removed by the body.

One light wavelength, 1927nm, targets water in the skin. The wavelength is fractionated and penetrates the skin in tiny thermal columns. This causes non-ablative micro-thermal injuries to the skin. The body activates a healing response and creates new collagen and skin around the targeted areas.

A combination of radio frequency (RF) and microneedling in a single system. Sylfirm X delivers RF energy precisely and deeply into the skin by creating controlled micro-injuries with gold plated, sterilised microneedles / bipolar electrodes.
This sparks a wound healing response and the production of new collagen. Skin rejuvenation, tightening, lifting, scar treatment, wrinkles, large pores, loose skin, acne and acne scars can all be targeted.

One light wavelength 810nm, is attracted to melanin in the hair follicle. Light penetrates the hair shaft and is transformed into heat. Heat damages its target and the body removes the damaged hair. Hair growth is permanently reduced in the targeted area.
