How to use both:
There is more than one way to use these two products together and all of them work. Here are the three most common approaches:
Gel-first method:
Apply Strength Gel over the full face and neck. Then apply Volume Cream on top over hollow areas. Leave ten minutes, then rub the remaining cream across the whole face as a finishing step - the skin goes luminous and sits beautifully under makeup. This is Adipeau's own recommended priming approach.
Cream-first method:
Apply Volume Cream first as a spot treatment to hollow areas - under the eyes, sides of the mouth, hollow cheeks. Leave ten minutes. Rub in, then apply Strength Gel over the full face and neck. Leave five minutes and carry on with your routine.
Split routine:
Strength Gel in the morning, Volume Cream at night. Same results, easier to stay consistent with. A good option if mornings are rushed.
All three work. Twice daily, every day is the constant that matters. Most people notice skin feel changing from around two weeks; visible firmness from four to six weeks; volume changes from two to three months.
No specific skin concern? This is still your routine.

The zinc sunscreen for sensitive skin and after laser treatments
Extreme Protect SPF 40 is an all-mineral sunscreen built around 15.3% zinc oxide and 1.3% titanium dioxide, with no chemical UV filters. It’s also the kind of sunscreen that does more than protect. Centella asiatica, vitamin E, olive leaf extract and aloe support and calm the skin, and iS Clinical’s Extremozyme technology adds environmental protection.

Common questions
Extreme Protect SPF 40 or Eclipse SPF 50+? Both are mineral sunscreens. Extreme Protect is high in zinc and more moisturising, so it’s the better choice for sensitive, dry or red skin, and after treatments. Eclipse SPF 50+ is lighter with a matte finish, so it suits oily and congested skin and sits well under makeup.
Will it leave a white cast? It can, a little. With 15.3% zinc, some people notice a slight white tinge, especially on deeper skin tones or with a heavy layer. Apply it in two thin layers and let each one settle. If you still see it, the Beige version is the same formula with a soft tint.
Can I use it after laser or microneedling? Yes, that’s one of the main reasons we stock it. Mineral sunscreen is the safest choice on freshly treated skin. After BBL or MOXI it can go on straight away. After Sylfirm X or microchanneling, wait until we tell you, usually the next morning. Your aftercare sheet will have the details.

For best results, mist with Cellular Atelowater first and apply while skin is still damp. The hydroquinone-free cream for pigmentation, melasma and age spots
Most brightening products ask you to give something up. You get results but your skin dries out, or you get hydration but nothing really brightens. Brightening Complex doesn’t make you choose.
It’s a lightweight cream that targets uneven skin tone from several directions at once. Alpha-arbutin, a mushroom source of kojic acid, licorice root, Norwegian kelp and a stable form of vitamin C work on the look of pigmentation. Plant sources of salicylic, glycolic and lactic acid gently exfoliate, so pigmented surface cells shed more evenly. Hyaluronic acid, squalane, glycerin and iS Clinical’s Extremozyme technology keep skin hydrated while it works.

Common questions
Brightening Complex or Brightening Serum? They work well together but they’re different products. Brightening Serum is a lightweight serum focused on the look of dark spots. Brightening Complex is a cream that adds gentle exfoliating acids and hydration, so it can double as your moisturiser on oilier skin. For stubborn pigmentation, many of our clients use both: the serum first, then the Complex.
How do I use it? Apply a small amount to clean skin, morning, evening or both, over the face and neck or just the areas of pigmentation. Because it contains exfoliating acids, start once a day if your skin is sensitive, and always follow with SPF in the morning.
How long until I see results? Pigmentation is slow to shift, so give it at least a few months of daily use. Results depend on daily sunscreen too. UV and visible light keep pigmentation active, so without SPF you’re working against yourself.

The barrier repair balm for dry, sensitive and post-procedure skin
Some products are nice to have. The iS Clinical SHEALD Recovery Balm is a need-to-have - the one you reach for when your skin is dry, compromised, stressed or recovering, and nothing else is cutting through. SHEALD (pronounced "shield") does exactly what its name suggests.
It's a rich but non-greasy balm built around ceramides, hyaluronic acid, glycerin, oat beta-glucan and vitamin E. SHEALD does what a damaged or depleted skin barrier can't do for itself - sealing in moisture, calming irritation, and creating a protective layer while skin repairs underneath. It's gentle enough for the most reactive skin, and iS Clinical designed it for use straight after laser and other procedures. Is it too heavy for daytime?
A thin layer absorbs well and can go under SPF. Save the thicker layer for night or post-procedure skin.
