Shipping

We ship New Zealand-wide with Aramex.

• Standard delivery: $10

• Rural delivery: $15

• Free shipping on orders over $150. Use code FREESHIP150 at checkout.

• Click and collect from our Masterton clinic is free.

Orders are packed and sent Monday to Friday, usually within 1-2 working days. Delivery then takes 1-3 working days, or a little longer for rural addresses.

Returns

Because skincare is a personal hygiene product, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Patch testing and skin reactions

Everyone’s skin is different. We recommend patch testing any new product on a small area, such as behind the ear or inside the wrist, for 24-48 hours before using it on your face. A reaction to an ingredient doesn’t mean a product is faulty, so we’re unable to offer refunds or returns for individual reactions. If something doesn’t feel right, stop using it and get in touch. We’re always happy to help you find a better fit for your skin.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, please email shine@lucere.co.nz within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace the item or refund you, and cover any return costs.

This policy doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
