Extreme Protect is high in zinc and more moisturising, so it’s the better choice for sensitive, dry or red skin, and after treatments. Eclipse SPF 50+ is lighter with a matte finish, so it suits oily and congested skin and sits well under makeup.
Will it leave a white cast? It can, a little. With 15.3% zinc, some people notice a slight white tinge, especially on deeper skin tones or with a heavy layer. Apply it in two thin layers and let each one settle. If you still see it, the Beige version is the same formula with a soft tint.
Can I use it after laser or microneedling? Yes, that’s one of the main reasons we stock it. Mineral sunscreen is the safest choice on freshly treated skin.
